Shipping & Cancellation Policies

 Shipping

  • Order processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Cairo: 1-2 business days once processed.
    • Alexandria: 2-4 business days once processed.
    • Other regions: 4-5 business days once processed.
  • International Shipping: 5-7 business days once processed.

    International deliveries are managed by the courier Aramex. All shipments sent by Ample Hue are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.

  • Shipping Cost: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
  • We ship on all days except Friday and National Holidays.
  • Delivery Non-availability: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned to our warehouse. We recommend that you provide the complete address along with a mobile number in the delivery address to ensure a faster delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your order. Cancellations are only possible while your order is still processing. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to process any cancellations. To cancel your order:

 

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@amplehue.com as soon as possible.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

If the order is still in the processing stage, we will cancel it and process a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
